Ladies, stop sacrificing yourself.

Ladies, stop sacrificing yourself.

Why do we reward women for giving everything up? Sanya Malhotra and I unpack one of the most deeply ingrained beliefs about womanhood.

We're taught to admire the woman who sacrifices the most. The mother who always puts herself last. The wife who always compromises. The daughter who never asks for too much. We call it strength. We call it love. We call it being a "good woman."

But what if we've been confusing self-sacrifice with self-worth?

This conversation is about unlearning. About realizing that just because something has always been expected of women doesn't mean it's right. Sometimes the bravest thing a woman can do isn't give more of herself. It's stop believing she has to.

This one might change the way you see yourself.

This episode of Shame Less With Lilly Singh is presented by my charity, Unicorn Island Fund.

Dog Outsmarts His Birthday Piñata For The Best Reason | The Dodo

We may have underestimated how badly Shadow wanted his Dodo x @caledonfarms treat 😂 Our Dodo editor Valentina attached it to the pull string on his 5th birthday piñata so he could open it — but Shadow found a much more efficient way to get exactly what he wanted.
