Content on Elsetube is provided for general information and entertainment. We try to keep the information we publish accurate and up to date, but we make no representation or warranty of any kind about its completeness, accuracy, reliability or availability. Any reliance you place on it is at your own risk.

Most content on Elsetube is created by our users. It does not represent the views of Elsetube, and we do not endorse, verify or guarantee it. Opinions expressed by creators, commenters and guests are their own. As an intermediary, Elsetube is not responsible for user content, but we act on valid complaints as described in our Terms of Service and Copyright & Content Removal.

Videos imported from YouTube, Vimeo, Dailymotion, Facebook, Instagram, Twitch, OK.ru and other platforms remain the property of their owners and play from those platforms. Elsetube is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by any of these platforms, and their names and logos are trademarks of their respective owners. Imported content may change or disappear if its owner edits or removes it.

Radio stations and TV channels in our directory are publicly available streams run by third parties. Elsetube does not host or control them, is not responsible for their programmes, and cannot guarantee their availability or quality. Station and channel names and logos belong to their owners. Free movies and series from public archives are offered on the basis of the public-domain or Creative Commons status reported by the source; we review reports of errors promptly.

Ratings, cast and crew lists, synopses, posters and biographies may come from third parties. IMDb is a trademark of IMDb.com, Inc., and Elsetube is not affiliated with IMDb. Data from OMDb is used under its API terms. This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB. Elsetube and its creators take part in affiliate programmes, including the Amazon affiliate programme and stock footage affiliate programmes. As an Amazon Associate, Elsetube earns from qualifying purchases. When you click certain product or stock links and buy something, we or the creator may receive a commission at no extra cost to you. Prices and availability are accurate when shown and may change. Sellers, not Elsetube, are responsible for their products, delivery, warranties and returns.

Ads on Elsetube come from advertisers and ad networks. An ad on Elsetube is not an endorsement, and advertisers alone are responsible for their ads, websites, products and claims. Take care before sharing personal or payment details with any advertiser. Creators must disclose sponsored content, but Elsetube does not verify claims made in it.

Content on Elsetube, including courses, tutorials and videos about finance, health, law or technology, is not professional advice. Always consult a qualified professional before making decisions. Courses are provided by their creators; Elsetube does not guarantee any outcome, qualification or certification unless it says so expressly.

Any examples of earnings from monetisation, revenue sharing, stock sales or affiliate programmes are illustrations only. Results depend on many factors, and we do not guarantee any income.

Some titles, descriptions, tags, SEO text, posters and images on Elsetube are generated or assisted by AI and may contain errors. Content labelled as altered or synthetic should not be relied on as a record of real events.

Links to other websites are provided for convenience. We have no control over those websites and accept no responsibility for them.
