1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device. Similar technologies include local storage, session storage, pixels (web beacons) and device identifiers in apps. In this policy we call all of them "cookies". Cookies set by Elsetube are first-party cookies; cookies set by other companies, such as ad networks or video platforms, are third-party cookies.
2. How we use cookies
Strictly necessary
Needed to run Elsetube: signing in, security, keeping your session, completing payments, and remembering your answer to the cookie notice and the age check. These cannot be switched off in our systems.
Preferences
Remember your choices, such as day or night mode, language, the active channel, whether the menu is open and your country for radio and TV.
Performance and measurement
Count views and plays once, measure whether ads were seen, and help us understand how Elsetube is used so we can improve it.
Advertising
Our ad system remembers which ads you have seen so it can count views and avoid showing the same ad too often. Using your activity on Elsetube, we choose ads that match your interests, unless your browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track. Third-party ad networks may set their own cookies to show and measure ads on Elsetube and across other websites.
Embedded content and social features
Players from YouTube, Vimeo, Dailymotion, Facebook, Twitch and other platforms, and social login buttons, may set cookies when you use them.

We also use local and session storage in your browser, for example to remember player volume, banners you closed and ad timing. This list changes as Elsetube changes.
4. Third-party cookies
Third parties whose services we use may set cookies, including:
- Advertising networks and exchanges that serve banner, native, video and audio ads on Elsetube.
- Google, for example for Google sign-in, YouTube embeds and Google advertising products when they are used. See how Google uses cookies.
- Video platforms for imported videos, such as YouTube, Vimeo, Dailymotion, Facebook, Instagram, Twitch and OK.ru.
- Payment providers during checkout, for security and fraud prevention.
- Social networks for sign-in and sharing buttons.
We do not control these cookies. Please read each provider's own policy.
5. Your choices
- Browser settings: you can block or delete cookies in Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Edge. If you block necessary cookies, sign-in and some features will stop working.
- Personalised ads: use Google Ads Settings, aboutads.info, youronlinechoices.eu, and the "Delete advertising ID" or "Limit ad tracking" setting on your phone.
- Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track: we honour these signals for our own interest-based ads.
- Consent: where the law requires your consent for optional cookies (for example in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom), we or our advertising partners ask for it, and you can withdraw it at any time by clearing your cookies or through the consent tool shown to you.
