We're taught to admire the woman who sacrifices the most. The mother who always puts herself last. The wife who always compromises. The daughter who never asks for too much. We call it strength. We call it love. We call it being a "good woman."
But what if we've been confusing self-sacrifice with self-worth?
This conversation is about unlearning. About realizing that just because something has always been expected of women doesn't mean it's right. Sometimes the bravest thing a woman can do isn't give more of herself. It's stop believing she has to.
