El Niño ya azota el sur de América provocando fenómenos extremos, con Ana Jiménez
Fenómenos extremos en el sur de América provocados por El Niño. Argentina sufre inundaciones por las lluvias intensas que han desbordado los ríos Uruguay y Paraná. Incluso se tuvo que cerrar el acceso a las cataratas de Iguazú por la crecida de este río.
Santiago de Chile ha sufrido un tornado y una granizada histórica, además de inundaciones y deslizamientos de tierras en barrios de la capital que han dejado zonas catastróficas.
Y esto puede ser solo el principio porque, según los observatorios científicos, se avecina un fenómeno de El Niño de intensidad histórica desde octubre hasta febrero, un Super Niño de niveles insólitos que podría superar todos los registros desde 1950.

Recipe in English:
Ingredients:
-Beef undercut 350g
-Cooking oil 2 tbs
-Lehsan (Garlic) sliced 4-5 cloves
-Paprika powder 1 tsp
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
-Italian herbs 1 tsp
-Olive oil 2 tbs
-Lehsan (Garlic) 4-5 cloves
-Tamatar (Tomatoes) 2 large
-Paprika powder 1 tsp
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 tsp
-Italian herbs 1 tsp
-Cream 200ml (room temperature)
-Pasta water 1 Cup
-Olive oil 1 tbs
-Red chillies sliced 2
-Pyaz (Onion) chopped 1 small
-mozzarella cheese grated 3-4 tbs
-cheddar cheese grated 3-4 tbs
-Fresh parsley chopped 1 tbs
-Fusilli pasta boiled 250g
-Fresh parsley chopped
-Red chilli sliced
Directions:
-Cut beef into strips & set aside.
-In a wok,add cooking oil,garlic & sauté for a minute.
-Add beef,mix well & cook on medium flame for 5-6 minutes.
-Add paprika powder,salt,black pepper powder,Italian herbs,mix well & cook for 2-3 minutes & set aside.
-In the same wok,add olive oil,garlic & sauté until light golden.
-Add tomatoes & mix well.
-Add paprika powder,salt,black pepper powder,Italian herbs,mix well & cook for 3-4 minutes.
-Let it cool & transfer the mixture in a jug.
-Add cream,pasta water & blend well.
-In the same wok,add olive oil,red chillies,onion & sauté for a minute.
-Add blended cream mixture,mix well & cook for 2-3 minutes.
-Add mozzarella cheese,cheddar cheese,fresh parsley,boiled pasta,cooked beef & give it a good mix.
-Sprinkle fresh parsley,red chilli & serve!
