Die offizielle Story führt unsere Helden in bislang unbekannte Winkel der gefährlichen Verlorenen Welt – in ein Abenteuer voller Dinosaurier und Lava. Neben Figuren wie Manny, Sid, Diego, Ellie und Scrat ist auch das Wiesel Buck wieder dabei.
Die Produktion übernimmt zum ersten Mal das Studio 20th Century Animation. Sie haben bereits das Spin-Off "Die Abenteuer von Buck Wild" gemacht. Die letzten “Ice Age”-Projekte kamen eher gemischt beim Publikum an. Was haltet ihr von einem neuen Kinofilm?
