1 çay kaşığı kekik
1 tatlı kaşığı tuz
1 tatlı kaşığı karabibier
1 çay kaşığı nane

• 2 domatesi, 2 kapya biberi, 2 köy biberini ve 2 orta boy soğanı 2-3 cm küpler halinde kesin. Her birine ayrı ayrı birer tutam tuz ve karabiber serpip toplam 1-2 çorba zeytinyağıyla harmanlayın.
• 1 iri patlıcanı ve 1 iri patatesi 2-3 cm küple halinde kesin. Her birine birer tutam tuz, karabiber, pul biber ve nane serpin. Toplam 1-2 çorba kaşığı zeytinyağı serpip harmanlayın.
• Şimdi bütün bu lezzetleri tek tavada birleştirme vakti. Varsa çömlek bir tepsi ya da emaye bir tepsiye köfteleri ve sebzeleri adı gibi yan yana dizerek yerleştirin. Kalan 2 köfteyi ortaya yassı bir şekilde yerleştirin.
• Fırına vermeden önce 10 diş sarımsağı ve 2 çorba kaşığı tereyağını serpin. Yağlı kâğıtlı folyo ile üzerini kapatın. Alt üst 240 derece fırının orta rafında 1 saat pişirin.
• 2 çorba kaşığı tereyağını ocakta kızdırın Ardından içine 1 tatlı kaşığı domates salçası ve 1 çay kaşığı kekik ekleyip güzelce kavurun.
• 1 saatin sonunda üzerini açıp fırını ızgara moduna alın.
• Hazırladınız sosu yanyana tavasının üzerine gezdirip fırının en üst rafında 5 dakika daha pişirin
• Fırından çıkan yanyana tavasına lavaşı banıp lezzetli suyunu alın ardından her bir lezzetten alacak şekilde afiyetle yiyin.
