Presented by @ROLEX. Pangolins are notoriously difficult to rehabilitate and rewild because they need to learn where to forage for food. During their daily walks, carers at the Tikki Hywood Foundation's rescue center in Cameroon lend a helping hand by pointing infant pangolins to places they can find ants and termites and encouraging them to eat.

2,5 diş sarımsak
1 tepeleme çay kaşığı tuz
1 çay kaşığı toz şeker
1 tatlı kaşığı sirke
1 çay kaşığı karabiber
Acı biber
• Domatesleri güzelce yıkayın ardından küçük bir bıçakla, domatesi alt kısmından artı şeklinde çizin. Tenceredeki kaynar suya domatesleri koyup, 15-20 saniye bekletip, soğuk suya çıkarın. Bu şekilde tüm domates kabuklarını çabucak ve rahatlıkla soyabileceksiniz.
• Kabuklarını soyduğunuz domatesleri ortadan ikiye kesin ve ortasındaki kök kısımları bıçakla alın. Ayıklanan domatesleri mutfak robotundan çekin.
• Tencereye her 1 kg domates için 3 çorba kaşığı zeytinyağı ve 2,5 diş sarımsağı ekleyip kavurun. Sarımsaklar renk değiştirmeye başladığında domatesleri tencereye ekleyin. Üzerine tuz ve toz şekeri ekleyin. Damak zevkinize göre acı biberi de ekledikten sonra kısık ateşte sos yoğunlaşıncaya kadar kaynatın.
• Sos kıvam aldığında tencereye son olarak sirke ve karabiberi ekleyip ocağın altını kapatın.
• Hazır olan domates sosunu sterilize ettiğiniz kavanozlara paylaştırın ve sıkıca kapatın.
• Tüm tariflerinizde dilediğiniz zaman kullanabileceğiniz domates sosu emirinize amade!
