Aprende a preparar un Brownie de limón con la receta de Joseba Arguiñano | Fácil y rápido
🍋 La receta de Joseba Arguiñano de brownie de limón: una versión original, jugosa y llena de sabor cítrico, coronada con un delicioso glaseado de limón.
📝 Ingredientes (8 raciones)
-Para la masa:
120 g de mantequilla a punto de pomada
160 g de azúcar blanco
2 huevos M
130 g de harina de trigo
60 g de zumo de limón de LIDL
Ralladura de limón
-Para el glaseado:
125 g de azúcar glas
20 g de zumo de limón
Ralladura de limón
👨🍳 Elaboración:
1️⃣ Comienza batiendo la mantequilla con el azúcar hasta conseguir una mezcla cremosa. Añade los huevos de uno en uno y mezclo bien después de cada incorporación.
2️⃣ Tamiza la harina sobre la mezcla y la incorporo suavemente, sin batir en exceso.
3️⃣ Añade la ralladura y el zumo de limón y remueve hasta repartir bien todo el sabor cítrico.
4️⃣ Vierte la masa en un molde, alisa la superficie y hornea a 180 ºC durante unos 20 minutos.
5️⃣ Mientras se enfría ligeramente, prepara el glaseado mezclando el azúcar glas con la ralladura y el zumo de limón hasta obtener una cobertura lisa y sin grumos.
6️⃣ Desmolda el brownie cuando todavía está tibio y reparte el glaseado por toda la superficie.
7️⃣ Deja reposar hasta que el glaseado se seque, corta en cuadrados y ¡listo para disfrutar!
