Risotto de ceps | Todo el aroma de las setas en un risotto cremoso y lleno de sabor
#publi🍄🍚 Si te gustan las setas, este risotto de ceps te va a encantar. Una receta fácil y cremosa en la que el arroz, los hongos y el parmesano se combinan para conseguir un plato lleno de sabor.
📝 Ingredientes:
• 250 gramos de arroz
• 260 gramos de hongos
• 600 mililitros de Caldo Casero de Pollo y 8 Verduras 100% Natural Gallina Blanca
• 30 gramos de queso parmesano
• 1/2 cebolla
• pimienta negra
• sal
• queso parmesano (para decorar)
• cebollino fresco picado (para decorar)
El truco para conseguir la textura característica del risotto es añadir el Caldo Casero de Pollo y 8 Verduras 100% Natural Gallina Blanca caliente poco a poco, removiendo para que el arroz vaya absorbiendo el líquido y liberando su almidón.
