Olympic Champion | Max Amini | Stand Up Comedy
From an Olympic pioneer to a symbol of defiance, Kimia Alizadeh’s story is harrowing and inspiring, and it's far from over. She has the spirit of a champion, whether it's for taekwondo or the rights of Persian women worldwide.
Kimia may represent Bulgaria in the 2024 Paris Olympics, but for the rest of history, she represents the power and resilience of the Iranian people.

Lorna dreams of being a pilot. First, she has to cross this river | UNICEF
“I want to be a pilot or a teacher,” says Lorna, 15, in Papua New Guinea. But getting to school means swimming across a river every day.
Watch to see how climate change is deepening barriers to education.
We need stronger action to protect children and their futures from climate shocks.

UNICEF, the United Nations agency for children, works to protect the rights of every child, everywhere, especially the most disadvantaged children and in the toughest places to reach.
Across more than 190 countries and territories, we do whatever it takes to help children survive, thrive, and fulfil their potential.
Before, during, and after humanitarian emergencies, UNICEF is on the ground, bringing lifesaving help and hope to children and families. Impartial, non-political, and neutral, our focus is protecting every child and safeguarding their lives and futures.
