Lentejas con arroz, receta de Joseba Arguiñano
#publi 🥄 ¡Un buen plato de lentejas siempre apetece!
Prepara esta receta con arroz y verduras, una combinación de toda la vida, fácil de hacer y perfecta para disfrutar de un buen guiso casero. 🙌
📝 Ingredientes:
300 gramos de lentejas
100 gramos de arroz redondo
1 zanahoria
1/2 cebolla
1/4 pimiento verde italiano
1/4 pimiento rojo
1 tomate
1 cucharadita de pimentón dulce
1 hoja de laurel
aceite de oliva virgen extra
850 mililitros de Caldo Casero de Verduras Gallina Blanca
El secreto está en cocinar las lentejas con Caldo Casero de Verduras Gallina Blanca un caldo casero hecho con mimo y esmero como lo haces tú. Con las verduras y el arroz, queda un plato sabroso y reconfortante, ideal para preparar con antelación y disfrutar en cualquier momento.

Recipe in English:
Ingredients:
-Makhan (Butter) unsalted 100g (soft)
-Icing sugar sifted 50g
-Himalayan pink salt 1 pinch
-Vanilla essence ¼ tsp
-Lemon juice 2 tsp
-Maida (All-purpose flour) sifted 150g
-Cornflour 2 tbs
-Doodh (Milk) 2 tbs
-Dark chocolate melted as required
-Multi sprinkles
Directions:
-In a bowl,add butter & whisk well until creamy.
-Add icing sugar & whisk until well combined.
-Add pink salt,vanilla essence,lemon juice & whisk well.
-Add all-purpose flour,cornflour,milk & mix well until dough is formed,cover with cling film & refrigerate for 15 minutes.
-Put a piece of baking paper on a cutting board,place dough & cover with another piece of baking paper & roll out with the help of rolling pin & cut 5 inches (length) & ½ inch (width) sticks (makes 24 cookie sticks).
-On baking tray lined with baking paper,place cookie sticks & bake in preheated oven at 180C for 10-15 minutes.
-Let them cool completely.
-Dip cookie sticks in melted chocolate & decorate with multi sprinkles.
-Let it rest until set & serve!
