طريقة المحموص القطيفي بالدجاج 🥘 أكلة شعبية دسمة وتواجه للجمعات!
ودك بغداء ثقيل ويواجه ويفتح النفس للجمعات؟ اليوم بنسوي "المحموص القطيفي"، ملك الأطباق الشعبية في المنطقة الشرقية! مزيج رهيب بين البصل المكرمل اللي يعطي الرز لونه البني الغني ونكهته المميزة، مع الدجاج المطبوخ والمبهر بالبهارات الخنينة.
السر في "تكرمل" البصل وتحميره ببطء على نار هادئة حتى يوصل للون البني الغامق بدون ما يحرق، عشان يعطيك لون المحموص الأصلي ونكهة تذوب بالفم. هذا الطبق هو "الرفيق المثالي" للجمعات العائلية، وطريقته مضبوطة وسهلة بلمسة فتافيت. جربوها وقولوا لنا.. تحبون المحموص بالدجاج ولا باللحم أكثر؟ 😋🍗🔥
