Es lo que ha salido hoy del Consejo de Ministros tras la presión social que han supuesto las protestas por el desahucio de Maricarmen Abascal y la acampada en la Puerta del Sol de Madrid, que se dispone a pasar la cuarta noche. Ahora debe aprobarlos el Congreso el viernes y el gobierno no cuenta con la mayoría.
Un decreto recoge las medidas negociadas con los grupos y otro, un único punto: la renovación automática de los alquileres.
