Espaguetis a la amatriciana, la receta italiana por Joseba Arguiñano

🍝 Espaguetis a la amatriciana, la receta italiana con una salsa de tomate sabrosa, panceta doradita, un toque picante y queso parmesano rallado.

Una receta fácil, perfecta para disfrutar de un buen plato de pasta.

📝 Ingredientes para 2 personas:

- 150 g de espaguetis
- 150 g de panceta de Lidl España
- 400 g de tomate maduro troceado
- 40 g de queso parmesano
- 50 ml de vino blanco
- 1 guindilla
- Sal y pimienta negra

👨‍🍳 Elaboración paso a paso:

1️⃣ Dora la panceta. Córtala en tiras y cocínala en una sartén sin aceite hasta que esté dorada. Retira y reserva, conservando la grasa.
2️⃣ Prepara la salsa. Añade la guindilla y el tomate troceado. Cocina a fuego medio, removiendo y aplastando el tomate para que vaya reduciendo.
3️⃣ Incorpora el vino. Vierte el vino blanco y deja que se evapore el alcohol. Retira la guindilla y devuelve la panceta a la sartén. Salpimienta al gusto.
4️⃣ Cuece la pasta. Hierve los espaguetis en abundante agua con sal siguiendo el tiempo indicado en el paquete para que queden al dente.
5️⃣ Mezcla con la salsa. Escurre los espaguetis y añádelos a la sartén. Remueve para que se impregnen bien; si la salsa está demasiado espesa, incorpora un poco de agua de cocción.
6️⃣ Emplata. Reparte en dos platos y termina con el parmesano recién rallado. Sirve inmediatamente.

💡 Un consejo: reserva un poco del agua de cocción de la pasta para conseguir que la salsa se ligue mejor con los espaguetis.
