السر في القرمشة الخيالية هو تغليفة البانكو والدقيق مع النشا، وقلي السمك والكاليماري بزيت حار عشان يعطيك لون ذهبي وقرمشة ما تطير. هذا البرجر مع المشروب الأزرق هو "الرفيق المثالي" لجمعات نهاية الأسبوع بلمسة فتافيت. جربوها وقولوا لنا.. قد جربتوا برجر سمك بالخبز الأسود من قبل؟ 🦈🍔🔥

200 جم كرنب أحمر مقطع شرائح رفيعة.

ملح وفلفل أسود (حسب الرغبة).

خبز برجر بالفحم الأسود.
