2 parça tavuk göğsü
3 parça kemiksiz tavuk but
1 adet soğan
1 çay kaşığı domates salçası
1 çay kaşığı biber salçası
2 çorba kaşığı yoğurt
2 çorba kaşığı zeytinyağı
2 çorba kaşığı + 1 tatlı kaşığı tereyağı
1 tepeleme çorba kaşığı kekik
1 tatlı kaşığı kimyon
1 tatlı kaşığı tuz
1 tatlı kaşığı karabiber
4 tane somun ekmek
Maydanoz
Domates
Sumaklı soğan
Turşu
* Soğanı mutfak doğrayıcısına atıp iyice püre olana dek çekin. Ardından püreyi bir süzgece koyup iyice bastırarak tüm suyunu mutfak robotuna koyun. Üzerine 2 parça tavuk göğsünü ve 3 parça tavuk budunu koyun. 2 çorba kaşığı yoğurt, 1’er çay kaşığı domates ve biber salçası, 1’er tatlı kaşığı tuz, karabiber ve kimyon, 2 çorba kaşığı zeytinyağı,1 tatlı kaşığı tereyağı, 1 tepeleme çorba kaşığı kekik ekleyin. Macun kıvamına gelene dek robottá çekin.
* Karışımı 220 gramlık 5 porsiyona bölüp her birini iki fırın kağıdı arasında merdaneIeyip inceltin. Her tarafını eşit yapmaya özen gösterin. Eğer merdaneIey birIikte kağıt da kayarsa kağıdı altını biraz ıslatıp tezgaha yapıştırabílirsiniz.
* Açtıktan sonra üstteki kağıdı kaldırın. Kısa kenarından rulo yapın. Rulo yaparken çok gevşek sarmamaya özen gösterin.
* Fırın tepsisine ruloları dizip 220 C’de 30 dakika pişirin.
* Dönerleri kağıttan çıkarıp 2 çorba kaşığı tereyağında kavurun. Biraz kahverengileşip lezzetlensinler.
* Somun ekmeğin arasına biraz maydanoz, sumaklı soğan koyun. Ardından dönerleri yerIeştírín. Üzerine turşu ve domates de koyunca nefis tavuk döner emrinizde amade.
