A Side Of Men We Don’t Talk About Enough
When did men caring for each other become something we call “rare”? Ishaan Khatter reminded me that male friendships can hold softness too.
The check-ins. The honest conversations. The “I hope you’re okay” voice notes.
We’ve taught men to carry everything quietly. To push through. To stay strong. But emotional honesty doesn’t make friendships weaker. It makes them deeper.
Maybe vulnerability was never the opposite of strength. Maybe it was always a part of it.
