Pollo guisado en escabeche, carne tierna y jugosa tras treinta minutos de cocción
#publi🍗 ¿Te apetece un plato casero y fácil de preparar?
Este pollo guisado en escabeche queda tierno, jugoso y con una salsa aromática que combina a la perfección con las verduras.
📝 Ingredientes:
• 8 jamoncitos de pollo
• 1 cebolla
• 2 zanahorias
• 5 dientes de ajo
• 100 mililitros de vino blanco
• 100 mililitros de aceite de oliva
• 500 mililitros de Caldo Casero de Pollo 100% Natural Gallina Blanca
• 50 mililitros de vinagre de vino blanco
• 2 hojas de laurel
• 1 cucharada de pimienta negra en grano
• perejil picado
Después de dorar los jamoncitos, añadimos las verduras, el vino, el vinagre y las especias. Incorporamos Caldo Casero de Pollo 100% Natural Gallina Blanca y dejamos cocinar durante 30 minutos para conseguir una carne tierna y una salsa bien ligada.
