I thought something was seriously wrong with my lemon plant! 😳🍋 The leaves looked completely different, and I was convinced it had some kind of disease. But then I took a closer look… 🌿👀
And i fount out that this is a Kaffir Lime plant! 🌿🍋 Unlike regular lemons, its leaves are uniquely shaped and incredibly aromatic. These fragrant leaves are widely used in Thai and Southeast Asian cooking to add a fresh, citrusy flavour to curries, soups, and other dishes.
