According to a recent study in the journal 'Obesity', your natural desire for when you go to sleep is called your chronotype, and your chronotype may be affecting your eating habits. Researchers with the Academy of Finland have discovered that night owls, or “evening types”, tend to consume more sugar and fats at night compared to morning people.
