Researchers found that small amounts of exercise can slow the progress of Parkinson's disease.
The disease is a progressive disorder that impairs mobility over time.
But a recent study conducted at Northwestern University found that patients who exercised at least 150 minutes a week had a smaller decline in their quality of life and mobility over two years.
